High Temperatur insulation
The meaning of high temperature insulation , or popularly called as ceramic fibre, is a ceramic material which is manufactured from alumina silicate glass. This type of material is used for thermal insulation in high temperature applications and processes up to 1300 C.For thousands of years ago, people flame for melting and heat treating metals. For safe operation of the fire to ensure the melting and metal like bronze or iron, special refractory materials were needed for the treatment of hot metal or liquid as possible. To meet the needs of diverse applications, many of the shaped, dense materials for example fire bricks, and fire clay, the form of heat-insulating materials or lightweight refractory bricks and unshaped refractory materials (heavy and light rams mixes) are developed that are used for special high-temperature applications. For decades, however, other manmade materials used for thermal insulation, glass wool and rock wool are used in the low temperature range which is about 200 C until 500 CHigh-temperature mineral wool insulation enabled a more lightweight construction of industrial furnaces and other technical equipment such as automobiles and heating systems. In fact, mineral wool insulation offered many advantages. That is why it is popular. Benefits include smaller wall thicknesses and considerably lower lining masses that greatly increases the efficiency of the system. The other benefits are Mineral wool insulation is permanent so, mineral wool does not deteriorate like cellulose might. Because of its greater density and water resistant properties, mineral wool acts as a vapor barrier. Mineral wool insulation also will not rot or will not burn and melt, so by using mineral wool insulation, it will slow down a fire in your home then you have time to take an action if the fire happens in your home. The most important thing from mineral wool insulation that it doesnt absorb moisture and will not support mold or mildew.
